data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Attention of all Public Authorities is hereby invited to the various Circulars issued by the Government from time to time regarding compliance of <b>Section 4(1)(a) and Section 4(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.<\/b><\/p><p>However, it is observed that above section has not been complied with by some of the Public Authorities which is mandatory under the RTI Act, 2005.<\/p><p>Compliance with section 4 of the RTI Act is crucial for promoting <b>transparency<\/b>, <b>accountability<\/b> and <b>good governance<\/b>.
